In my personal experience, the affiliate team is terrible at Advantage Gold. They simply don't value affiliates the way other companies on our list do. Unfortunately, I recommend avoiding them. There are so many reputable affiliate programs on this list, it just doesn't make sense to work with a company like Advantage Gold.
Gold Alliance Affiliate Program
Established in 2002, Gold Alliance has served U.S. gold buyers for more than two decades. The company has an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating, hundreds of 5-star customer reviews online, and endorsements from trusted faces like former Governor Mike Huckabee.
While Gold Alliance has been around some time, featured in Forbes, Yahoo, Wall Street Journal, Fox News, and other trusted media, the company just launched their affiliate program in 2023.
Unfortunately, the affiliate program died almost immediately after launching. There is currently nobody managing this affiliate program, and if you apply below, you likely will not hear from anyone. I was going to remove them all together from our list for 2024, but kept them here (for now) in case any reader is looking for them and really wants to apply.
Like others on our list, cost per qualified lead and commission rate on any closed deals are negotiable with Gold Alliance (if anyone even responds to your application).
Tips for Affiliate Marketing Success
The truth is that not everybody gets approved for these precious metals affiliate programs. The reason? Finance is a competitive niche. It's not for beginners.
Affiliate managers want to know that you'll join and start sending their company qualified leads. Here are some tips to expedite your approval and start sending these companies some quality traffic.
1. Let the affiliate managers know you'll be successful. Goldco's application for example has a field labeled "Business description." Augusta's affiliate application asks for your "affiliate experience."
Use this area of the application to share why you'll be successful as a gold affiliate. Do you currently have an audience, following, email list, or organic traffic to your website? Are you a ninja when it comes to paid ads?
Affiliate managers are flooded with new applications every day from people that want to promote their companies. Often times, the affiliate manager is working alone - tasked with onboarding and managing an army of affiliates. They're responding to emails, answering questions, reporting technical issues, etc...
And typically... it's the 'newbie' affiliates that take up most of their time with questions and emails.
Why should this affiliate manager rush to get YOUR account set up asap?
Let them know that you know what you're doing as a marketer and that you can start sending quality traffic to their offers asap. They want to know you'll be an asset generating leads and not be a liability flooding their inbox with questions.
2. If you are new to affiliate marketing, get access to quality training. Many gold affiliates follow the authority site business model - this is building websites that rank in search engines and drive SEO traffic to your recommended offers. Here are a few podcasts that are excellent and 100% free.

- The Blogging Millionaire podcast - Brandon Gaille has excellent content to help you get started with affiliate marketing. Brandon shares how his SEO tactics have earned him over 5 million monthly visitors and top rankings in Google.
- Doug Show with Doug Cunnington - Along the same vein as Niche Pursuits and Authority Hacker, Doug Cunnington brings expert interviews with affiliate marketers and entrepreneurs that are actively building passive income through blogging and online marketing.
